We take you on an easy-paced, meditative tour of the Taj Mahal, gently stepping away from the crowds. As you walk through its marble pathways, your friendly walk leader shares stories and secrets that reveal the monument’s soul — turning a visit into an experience to be felt, not just seen.

We then visit Bagh Khan-e-Alam, the nursery of the Taj Mahal — a serene garden where the original aqueducts and water systems of the monument still whisper their stories. From here, you’ll see a rare, crowd-free view of the Taj, often with no one else around. It’s a quiet moment of reflection, where we pause for a light meditation, letting the stillness of the space connect us to the timeless beauty of the monument.

We will take the Agra Metro to the old city.

We walk through the walled city of Agra, exploring its rich history, hidden alleys, and vibrant bazaars. Along the way, we admire the unique city architecture, old havelis, and centuries-old homes, discovering beautiful, Instagrammable corners that capture the city’s timeless charm. We also taste Agra’s unique street foods, meet the people who bring the city to life, and share stories and laughter with our friendly walk leader and group — a true celebration of Agra beyond the monuments.

We climb to the rooftop of our local host’s century-old courtyard home, taking in sweeping views of the old city from above. Here, we slow down to learn the art of making Indian chai, sharing stories as we stir and sip — and even lend a hand in preparing a traditional home-cooked lunch together.
